London has many familiar places, the Tower of London, Regents Street, St Paul’s to name just three. Though I doubt the chap below is very well known unless you regularly walk down Jermyn Street near Green Park.
You’ll find him at the end of the Piccadilly Arcade, just a short walk from the Ritz.
